Sewing Is Fun!
7th grade and a fashion magazine was the start of my
sewing clothes, my mom would not buy me the dress in the magazine but I was able
to convince her to buy me the fabric. That did it, yellow fabric, elastic and I
figured out how to make the summer dress, freedom to choose how and what
something looked like.
I lived in Japan for many years, I owned a rental
costume company and made many of my costumes. Most recently I returned to the
states and ran a cool Japanese Sewing School called the Knit Sewing Club,
unfortunately the Japanese disaster on March 12,2011 destroyed our stores as
well.
With my unique experience I am able to offer a quick, easy, of
course fun, but most importantly how to sew a professional looking garment.
